Apostle Joseph Felix Kwesi Mensah, the Chairman of the Great Commission Church
International (GCCI), has called on pastors to live above reproach, so that
their lives would bring glory and honour to God.
He said scandals or
inappropriate behaviour of a pastor would bring shame to God and the Church.
Apostle Mensah said
this recently to six newly ordained pastors of the GCCI.

The newly ordained
pastors include reverends: Michael Amoako, Peter Jack Anani, Justice Attom,
Benjamin Horla, Daniel Lamptey and Emmanuel Osae Kwakye.
Apostle Mensah, who
said God requires pastors to have a high reputation in the society, cautioned
them against sexual immorality, greed and the love of money.
Samuel Asuming-Brempong, the Chairman, GCCI Ghana National Council, said the
calling of God is the best work to do on this earth; declaring that ”
blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on, for they will rest from
their labour, for their works will follow them.”
He urged the
leadership of the GCCI to adhere to its core values, namely Christlikeness,
Finishing the Task of World Evangelism and Making Disciples, who Make
Disciples, and Planting Churches that Plant Churches.
