Ghana International, Kelvin Ofori scored on his debut for Fortuna Düsseldorf in the German Cup last weekend.
The 18-year old made his professional debut which was a dream come true for the former Right to Dream Academy player.
Ofori scored in injury time for Düsseldorf to increase the tally for his side who later won the game by 3-1 against Divisional side Villinger.
He had just sign a contract with the club till 2022 after impressing at training and was given the chance to play in the game following the injury of fellow Ghanaian Nana Opoku Ampomah .
Ofori expressed his delight after scoring his first goal for the club, “That’s a big deal for me, just incredible. Fortunately, after my substitution, it went very well for me and I even scored a goal – just wonderful ” he said.
Ofori is part of the Ghanaian quartet currently with the club for the 2019-20 season.
